During the time at Mt Gravatt East we have had many Real Estate Agents say, you must declutter, not Luminise, they said present you home as you live in it. They provided us with a better understanding and considerations in selling our home, willingly spent time talking to us, ensuring we fully understood the process and highlighted minor issues and considerations and how best to present and promote our home for sale. It was clear to us; they have a great understanding of the different techniques required in selling a house depending on the situation.
Whatever was happening at our home to prepare for the sale, Kris and Danielle were there and involved. Photographs of our home were taken in vast detail with Kris and Danielle encouraging us to achieve the best possible result. Their intention was to present our home as we have it. Realising we were also packing for the move, they energetically helped to move boxes around for the best possible pictures and then helped return them to their original locations.
The time and effort to assemble a range of data and information to promote the sale of our home was incredible. While quickly having produced a leaflet with photo shots that clearly showed our home in the way it deserved. They were agreeable to change any point or picture we so desired. The street signage displayed our home well. Kris and Danielle kept us informed as they worked through the process of selling our home. Kris applied great effort to understand individual buyers’ position enabling effective price negotiations
Kris and Danielle directed us to appropriate companies to provide certification with minimum challenges to achieve compliance for the sale of our home. They never hesitated to answer every question asked and willingly explained some of the parameters of the retirement village we are moving into work within.
A local Estate Agent who over the years, maintained contact with Sylvia trying to get the job, contacted her shortly after our home went on realestate.com, (it was contracted in 3 days) he said that Luminise had well represented our home and we are clearly in good hands and the sale price they achieved was $125,000 more than he expected it to achieve.
